Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-23

1. Service

Bby Wow AI (alias Dime Dime Baby) provides a credits-based AI tool that attempts to turn one user-uploaded photo into a short vertical party-dance style video. Features may be stubbed until environment keys (e.g. FAL_*, WAFFO_*) are configured.

2. Adult consent & prohibited content

• You may only upload photos of adults (18+) who consented.
• Minors are strictly prohibited.
• No non-consensual deepfakes of real people.
• You warrant you own or have rights to the image.

3. No affiliation / no song license

We are not affiliated with Karol G, CapCut, ByteDance, or any record label. We do not grant or claim a license to any commercial song. Outputs are visual/motion remixes; audio is your responsibility.

4. Credits, payments, refunds

• Generates consume credits (default 1 credit per job).
• Payments are processed via Waffo when configured; P0 may show a checkout stub.
• If a paid generate fails due to our pipeline/provider error after debit, we refund that credit.
• Successful renders are generally non-refundable in cash; unused credits remain available subject to these Terms.

5. Photos & retention

Uploaded photos are retained approximately 30 days for generation and abuse review, then deleted — see Privacy.

6. Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be imperfect. You are responsible for how you publish results.

7. Contact

For legal notices, use the contact channel published by the site operator (GitHub owner ylwl1997 / project issues).
